Praises and Prayer Request

03/13/2021

1 Peter 5:6-7

“Therefore, humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him. For He cares for YOU”.

3 John 2

“Beloved, I pray that you may prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers.”

PRAISES

Despite the challenges, we face every day, God has been good to us and kept us safe and sound thus far. We are grateful to be able to worship together as a church family while taking precautions such as wearing masks, avoiding hugs and hand shaking for now. We abide by the CDC guidelines.

Praise the Lord for the Sabbath message by Pastor Jeff Donaldson entitled, "Hardening Our Hearts” – Exodus 8:15,19,32; 9:7,12,34-35. The message is available on the church website as well as on church Facebook.

Every time we disobey the prompting of the Holy Spirit and do not repent, our hearts become hardened and we are closed to His guidance.

Praise the Lord for each of His mercies and His goodness endures forever.

May God bless the young couple, Thomas and Terina Davis who were married on Friday.

Ann praises God for the remarkable health improvement of her cousin Vander Lee and the successful knee operation of her cousin Mary.

The Blood Drive Keith and his class sponsored on March 8th for the Shepeard Blood Center was a success. There were 27 donors whose donation of blood can help 54 individuals.

Praises that Brad’s mother has realized she needs to change her lifestyle. Pray diligently that she will follow through and not let Satan derail her. He is thankful that God has sustained his healthy eating and lifestyle.
