Prayers Requests and Praises

1Timothy 2:1 - “I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercession, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;”

Praises:

In spite of the challenges we face each and every day, God has been good to us and kept us safe and sound thus far. We are grateful to be able to worship together as a church family while taking precautions such as wearing masks, avoiding hugs and hand shaking for now.

Praise the Lord for the special Sabbath we has the opportunity to worship at the church with a special message brought by Gabriela. The message is available on church website as well as on church Facebook

Praise the Lord for each of His mercies and His goodness endures forever.

Gabriela: Praise Lord for the faithfulness of our church members that supporting our church in every way possible. Praise the Lord for His protection. For a reason or another God continue to show His goodness and mercy toward us. Hurricane Zeta passed through the area in Alabama where we plan to move. One of the pine big pine trees on our property fell as a result of the wind. We are grateful that it fell and it did not hurt anything. It could have fall on the bee hives and destroy them, it could have fall on the shed, it could have fall on the power lines, but it did not. God is so good.

Prayers Requests:

Please continue to pray for our Aiken SDA Church, church needs, our pastor, Pastor Jeff, and church leadership.

Pray for SDA Church at large: General Conference, Pastor Ted Wilson, and the leadership, Carolina Conference and its leaders, mission fields, different ministries doing God’s work to advance His Kingdom: Amazing Facts, Amazing Discoveries, It Is Written, Voice of Prophecy, Secrets Unsealed, etc.

Claudette Armentrout: Linda Wood, Tom Norris, Russell Kitchens, Ronda Smith, Lillian Alston, Gloria Clayton, Joan Muller, Lee Volkening, Larry Callahan, Lillian Alston, Ann Dicks, Connie Wise, Tom Coleman, Rosemarie Bossert, Leon and Robert Edinger, Leslie and Barney Brooks, Anthony and Annette Patrick, as well as herself.

Said Leon: Please keep in prayer his brother in law as he lost his aunt recently

Gabriela: Just got the news this morning (11/2/20) that my brother in Romania was diagnosed with COVID. He does have symptoms and is feeling poorly. Praise the Lord he does not have shortness of breath. He and his wife are self isolating. Please keep him and his wife in prayers. His name is Laurentiu and Lidia, my sister in law.

Please take time from your busy schedule to mention these prayer requests during your personal prayer time.
